Patterson Brothers Meat Company was founded in 1946 by Charles and Hubert Patterson, since then we have grown into one of Dallas's largest independent meat companies. The name was changed to Patterson Food Processors in 1997 to better describe what we offer to our customers. PFP is proud to be a third generation family owned and operated business.
PFP primarily specializes in custom processed meat products for restaurants, hotels, food service companies, and further processors. We offer a full line of beef, pork, poultry, veal and seafood products. Other processed products include Dandy Brand Chili and marinated beef and chicken fajitas.
PFP specializes in helping you develop signature products that meet your exact needs. We have an on site development team with more than twenty five years combined experiance to help you with your speacial project. Our line of cut steaks (Patterson Premier Portion Control) was developed to insure you recieve top quality product cut to your precise specifications.
