Our steaks are cut from 100% Angus cattle that are born and raised in the USA. Patterson offers prime, choice, select, and all natural beef (no antibiotics or added hormones, all-vegetarian, corn-based diet). Each steak is custom-cut per the Chef’s specifications and quickly vacuum-packed for freshness. All our meat is wet-aged in a temperature-controlled steak department.
